Truffle pasta with
eringi mushrooms

Ingredients:

- Spaghetti
- Eringi mushrooms - 2 pieces
- Eggs - 1 piece
- Heavy cream - 50 ml.
- Truffle paste - 10 g.
- Parmesan cheese
- Sunflower oil
- Unsalted butter - 30 g.
- Herbs to taste

Method of cooking

Text recipe

1. Boil spaghetti.

2. Dice eringi mushrooms.

3. Mix 1 egg with 50 ml of cream and add 10 g of truffle paste.

4. Grate Parmesan cheese into the mixture.

5. Sauté eringi with 30 g of butter until golden brown.

6. Add boiled spaghetti to the eringi.

7. Pour the cream mixture over the spaghetti with eringi and mix.

8. Serve on a plate and grate Parmesan on top.

9. Garnish with chopped herbs.

10. Adding to our dish. Enjoy!
