Scrambled eggs
with eringi


- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Eringi mushrooms - 2 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
- Parmesan cheese
- Herbs
- Sunflower oil
- Olive oil

Method of cooking

1. Crack 2 eggs, add 100 ml of milk, salt, and pepper. Beat them until the yolk and egg whites are mixed.

2. Slice the eringi into slices (or simply buy pre-sliced ones).

3. Add olive oil to the eringi and place them in a heated pan.

4. Fry the eringi until golden brown.

5. Pour the egg mixture onto the heated pan.

6. Stir constantly while cooking in the pan.

7. Place the scrambled eggs on a plate.

8. Top with the fried eringi.

9. Grate Parmesan cheese on top.

10. Slice the herbs evenly and add them to the dish.

11. Drizzle a bit of olive oil to taste. Enjoy!
