Curry-Omelette
with eringi

Ingredients:

- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Cream - 50 ml.
- Pinch of curry spice
- Salt to taste
- Chili pepper to taste
- Butter or olive oil - 15 g.
- Eringi mushrooms - 70 g.

Method of cooking

Whisk eggs, cream, and spices together thoroughly.

Heat the pan to 180°C and add cream or olive oil.

Fry the mushrooms. Add the egg mixture.

Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
