Asian rice with
eringi mushrooms

Ingredients:

- Rice - 150 g.
- Eringi mushrooms - 2 pieces.
- Carrot (medium) - 1 piece.
- Onion - 0.5 piece.
- Sunflower oil
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- White sesame seeds

Method of cooking

1. Boil 150 g of rice.

2. Dice 1-2 eringi mushrooms.

3. Dice a medium carrot and 1/2 onion into cubes.

4. In a heated pan with oil, add carrots, onions, and eringi. Season with salt and fry until cooked.

5. Add the rice.

6. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and transfer to a plate.

7. Dice green onions.

8. Sprinkle the dish with green onions and sesame seeds.
