Sandwich with ham and eryngi
  • Ciabatta - 1 pc
  • Ricotta - 70 g
  • Soy paste - 10 g
  • Ham - 100g
  • Rings - 70 g
  • Fresh greens - 15 g
  • Butter for frying - 30 g
Method of cooking

Cut fresh ciabatta lengthwise and fry in butter on both sides.

Cut the eryngi into thin slices and fry until golden brown in butter or olive oil.

Combine ricotta with soy paste and spread on ciabatta.

Add ham, fried herrings and greens. Bon Appetit!
