Curry omelette with eryngi
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Cream - 50 ml
  • A pinch of curry spice
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili pepper to taste
  • Creamy/olive butter - 15 g
  • Rings 70 g

Method of cooking

Mix the eggs, cream and spices.

Heat the pan to 180°, add butter or olive oilю.

Fry the eryngi.
Add the egg mixture.

Cover with a lid and fry for 5 minutes on a low fire.
